The TTW site has a link for the project nevada patch and for the project nevada patch if you don't use the Equipment part of it. I downloaded the basic patch and put it in FOMM, but it requires Cyberware.esm to be activated. Anyone know of a different mod that patches the other parts of Project Nevada if you aren't using Cyberware? Better textures for Project Nevada Fallout 3 restored weapons - possible? - posted in Fallout NV - Fear & Loathing in New Vegas: Is it possible to use WMX and Project Nevada together with weapon retextures for Fallout 3 weapons? Im not sure if there is a pack that covers stuff like the Chinese Pistol and the Assault Rifle or what. I'll add TTW compatible/recommended mods to the OP as I come across them. TTW Quick Start - Skips the entire Vault 101 sequence and starts you at the door to exit the vault. Project Nevada Core Patch - ESP update that allows you to use Project Nevada in TTW 3.2 Realistic Wasteland Lighting - TTW 3.2 compatible update for RWL.

Work Incentives Planning and Assistance

Background:

The Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 authorized Social Security to award grants, contracts or cooperative agreements to provide community-based Work Incentives expertise to beneficiaries of Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits based on disability. We currently have 82 cooperative agreements throughout every state, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. You may find contact information for these projects on https://choosework.ssa.gov.

Services:

The goal of the Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program is to enable beneficiaries with disabilities to receive accurate information, and use that information to make a successful transition to work. Each WIPA project has Community Work Incentives Coordinators (CWIC) who will:

  • provide in-depth counseling about benefits and the effect of work on those benefits;

  • conduct outreach efforts to beneficiaries of SSI and SSDI (and their families) who are potentially eligible to participate in federal or state Work Incentives programs; and

  • work in cooperation with federal, state and private agencies and nonprofit organizations that serve SSI and SSDI beneficiaries with disabilities.
Project

Training for WIPA staff on Social Security Work Incentives and other benefit programs:

Social Security has a contract with Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) to provide training and technical support to the WIPA project staff.

Hadn't seen this mentioned, so I thought I would create a thread for it to let PC Fallout players know it exists and also to create a thread for help and advice with the mod for anyone looking to get it up and running.

FAQ
Project nevada patchWhat is Tale of Two Wastelands? From the above FAQ:
Tale of Two Wastelands is a total conversion project that seamlessly merges Fallout 3 and its DLC into Fallout: New Vegas, allowing both games to be played in a single playthrough. It upgrades Fallout 3's mechanics to those of FNV without compromising the feel and balance of the original. New Vegas mechanics like companion wheel, companion perks, weapon mods, crafting, recipes, harvestable plants, and poisons have been added to the DC wasteland items, NPCs, and world.
Requirements:
TTW requires a clean Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas installation. They cannot be modded at all. The installer supports the Fallout 3 Retail, Steam, and GoG Game of the Year Editions and the New Vegas Steam and GoG Ultimate versions. All DLC is required. English only. That means North American and Western European releases patched to their latest versions. _lang.esp translations will break the game.
After a clean install run each game launcher to generate the necessary registry keys. The installer won’t detect the games otherwise.
You will also need 22GB of free hard drive space in order to run the installer.

Fallout Ttw Project Nevada

I've been using TTW since 2.9.4 launched, and it's a great way to bring the mechanics of New Vegas into Fallout 3. It also supports quite a few mods, and more mods will be ported over in time that were supported into 2.9.4 no doubt.Fallout ttw project nevadaProject nevada ttw patchNew
