All new FOOD-TRAK System sales are accompanied by a project plan containing a variety of implementation services. SCI also offers implementation services for existing clients who are adding new sites or new modules. If you are interested in utilizing our professional services to add modules, add sites, upgrade your software, implement interfaces or if you have more complex needs, SCI offers a variety of services including on-site visits, telephone training, FOOD-TRAK University and database services.

University

FOOD-TRAK University is a series of 1-2 hour web-based training courses designed to provide attendees with a solid comprehension and the skills required to effectively utilize the functions within the FOOD-TRAK System covered by the class. With the live instructor and web-based demonstration format provided, attendees are able to actively participate in the learning process and interact directly with their instructor. Our new FOOD-TRAK University featured course program will offer one featured course monthly at a number of set times.

Advisory Services
In our experience, personalized FOOD-TRAK training has proven to be the single most effective training method for our users. SCI offers FOOD-TRAK Advisory Services to provide a custom training solution for your unique needs. Advisory hours are cost-effective, flexible and tailored for user specific questions and scenarios. Simply select the number of Advisory hours that you need and then begin to use them in as little as 15 minute increments throughout the course of one year.

On-Site Training
SCI’s implementation and training specialists travel to client locations around the world providing a wide variety of training services. These services range from previously developed FOOD-TRAK® University courses which cover various key functions within the system to completely customized courses that incorporate client policies and procedures. On-Site Training maximizes your training dollars by training multiple employees on subjects that are important to your organization.

FOOD-TRAK University - The Fundamentals is a brand new, live, interactive 3 day online course focused on how to become a proficient FOOD-TRAK user and drive cost savings to your organization’s bottom line. This course was designed to provide clients with the power of knowing where their problems lie and best practices to address them! Working on your own computer workstation and the latest version of FOOD-TRAK, you will be led by a live instructor through a series of lectures explaining the “how to” functionality of each process, followed by practice exercises outlined in the comprehensive training manual. This “real world” foodservice operation approach prepares you to return to your place of business and make effective use of the FOOD-TRAK system.
